Recipients of the data are the persons within our company who are involved in handling the matter.
We use Google Workspace for the operation of our email infrastructure. If requests are coordinated internally, Slack may also be used for this purpose.

We store your request and the related correspondence only for as long as this is necessary for handling your matter and insofar as no statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
e) Obligation to provide data
The provision of your data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without an email address and the information necessary to process your request, we may not be able to respond to it.
